Power supply requirements:
It is forbidden to use the power supply of the farad capacitor, and it is forbidden to use the lead-acid battery or lithium battery pack of 60A or above.
System voltage: 12V-14.6V (capacity X rate = must be greater than 150A)
Current requirements: 150A or more instantaneous output (such as car starter power supply, 3S RC high-power battery pack, 20A lead-acid battery with good performance above 20A)
Misunderstanding: Don't think that you can use 3 series 18650 series to supply power. After all, the conventional 18650 only has a 3-5C discharge rate, so each section can only provide
2.5A*3=7.5A load capacity, which is far from 150A unless 20 Parallel connection, 3 series, and 60 sections of 18650 are possible, but it is obviously unrealistic.
The battery pack that can start the car can basically meet the power supply requirements of this circuit.
The following battery packs can be used as working power:
1. 12V car starter power supply
2. Model 3S high rate battery pack
3. 3 string high rate lithium battery pack
4. Hitachi 40900 3-string battery pack
5. 12V 20A and above lead-acid battery with good performance
Switch function: press switch for 1.5 seconds to turn on (green light flash, output low power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds), press switch for 1.5 seconds (blue light flash, output medium power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds), press switch 1.5 Seconds (red light flash, high power spot welding pulse output every 3 seconds) Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to shut down.
