1983 NEW ZEALAND 50 CENTS UNC NGC MS 69 TOP POP! Low mintage: 25k! This is the (I) set version (thus the MS and not PF grading).
This is the highest grade you can get of this coin currently. The toning
pops
at just the right light (surprised this wasn't graded as PL, it's hard to see the toning but in the right light it just looks gorgeous).
My only issue is this coin should have been under graded by not including the deep prooflike (DPL). It reflection depth is extraordinary for a mint state coin. Look at the photo of my hand's reflection, if this coin ever gets regraded it will definitely get upgraded by having the DPL added on.
