    Description

    19th Century Japanese Satsuma Style Ceramic Vase Large 31"H. Made for western markets this vase is in excellent shape for it's age. The pics show a crack on the top and a small chip. This was made to copy the more elaborate earlier Satsuma pottery. A great centerpiece for whatever room you put it in. It looks to predate 1891 due to not having a country of origin marking. The only marking is the XO with a 1 underneath as shown.
