2009 Nintendo Power Magazine #247 November Mario Olympics Newsstand Variant

Nintendo Power from Nov 2009 features the news stand variant cover. 96 pages, one insert as shown, approx 8 x 10 1/2”.
Condition: I am not a magazine expert, please ask any questions you may have! Magazine is in generally colorful, shiny shape. It has been bent vertically in half at some point and some of the pages (roughly in the front third of the magazine) have a minor bend. Front and back covers have a crease. Please see photos; they show this better than I can describe it. I would consider the defects pretty minor.
Shipping price quoted is for shipping in a box. If the packed weight allows magazine to go first class I will refund the difference.
