The vase is metal which I have been told is pewter (could be tin but seems to heavy for tin) and has large grape leaves in relief that have been applied to the surface of the metal turned vase and are hand painted. Very unique piece and in very good condition for its age (100 years old). Please see photos for the best cosmetic description.

    This vase is from the 1920s and marked Made in Japan.
