Antique Nippon Moriage Vase Blue Waterlilies Tripod Base 12"

The colors of this gorgeous antique Japanese moriage vase are especially nice. It has hand-painted waterlilies against a blue background with shades of purple, yellow and green. It has moriage beading on the handles, around the top, the bottom and the base. This urn-shaped vase is attached to the double tri-pod base by a metal rod that goes through it. The vase measures 12" tall and 6.5" wide, from handle to handle. From the estate of an avid collector of decorative glass and fine antiques, this vase has been carefully stored over the years, thereby preserving it in the excellent condition you will receive it.
