    Description

    Dug eagle breastplate from Taneytown, MD (Gettysburg campaign). The reverse lead has "Tawneytown" written upon it in black, which I found kind of humorous. Obvious lead and face damage. No hooks present. Missing portions of lead and brass. It does have the cool green verdigris color. Acquired this elegant beauty in Gettysburg many moons ago. Selling as is. Please see photos.
