CONDITION : Good considering the age. Used.

MATERIAL : Stoneware of Tanba-yaki.
TANBA-yaki is pottery and stoneware made in Tanba area, Japan. Tanba area is current Hyogo Prefecture. That history is very old. The origin is the 12 century. And Tanba is one of the Six Ancient Kilns. It does not rarely use the glaze. That is a natural glaze occurring by chance in a kiln. The texture of clay with natural glaze attract Japanese people. Sometimes, we represent it with a Wabi-Sabi.
