Iga-yaki is pottery and stoneware made in Iga area, Japan. Iga area isMie Prefecture. The kiln and local pottery tradition has a very long history. It is one of the oldest pottery ware in Japan. It does not rarely use the glaze. That is a natural glaze occurring by chance in a kiln. The texture of clay with natural glaze attract Japanese people. Sometimes, we represent it with a Wabi-Sabi.;
