Up for sale is a extraordinary Japanese cloisonné vase. It features a mystic animal "kilin" and beautiful flowers on a sky blue background. The decoration was exquisitely done with silver wires. Note the excellent realistic work on the flowers. It is representative of Japanese artistry, simplicity is the beauty in this piece. The gorgeous example of Japanese cloisonne is in superb condition with NO chip, crack, or restoration. The base rim and the upper rim were a bit tarnished due to age. This vase measures about 6 inches high, approximately 5 inches across at the widest point. THE STAND IS NOT INCLUDED!
