INVICTA BRITISH MUSEUM Natural History Entire Dinosaur Set +Original Box Diorama
I was thrilled to find this entire set with box and diorama at a local sale! It is quite rare to find the original box and diorama background for them.
Most are in very nice condition with only minimal wear. However, please note the following condition issues before buying:
Tusks of mastodon
Tip of tail of diplodocus small dent
Triceratops horn tips
Stegosaurus tip of one scale on top
Box has wear and some writing on it
Back of diorama has kid's writing on it.
Otherwise, this is a very good set with the very rare box and diorama!
Beginning in 1974 Invicta Plastics of Leicestershire, England produced this line of Dinosaur toys in conjunction with The British Museum of Natural History.
NOTE: It is difficult to place a price on this set as the box and diorama are never available anywhere I can find. Please feel free to share your thoughts if you are a collector. As always, make me an offer!
