Japanese Arita Seto Meiji blue and white porcelain oil creamer condiment pitcher

Up for auction is this sweet little pitcher or jug. I am unsure about the attribution but I saw a very similar piece listed with the Arito Seto title, and it said it was from the Meiji period. I think it is for soy sauce or something similar- it has an angled rim to catch drips, and a hole to let the liquid flow back into the pitcher itself. A smart desgin, for sure! If I am incorrect, please let me know so I can update my information! It has beautiful florals on the main section, but the rims are decorated as well- there are clouds along the middle, and it looks almost like dripping jewels along the top. Even the handle has hand-painted decoration. A lovely little piece of art to add to your collection. Measures 3 3/4" tall and about 2 1/2" wide. No markings on the bottom, but there is a tiny chip there- see pics.
