DESCRIPTION
A very rare Minpei ware export vase.
It is a Shuichi work that puts all the power that the Fukoku Kyohei no Naka Kobo and the potters have to earn foreign capital into the potter's wheel and painting.
It is a wonderful work that is comparable to the pottery exported from the Meiji era in Satsuma, Kyoto, and Yokohama.
Although it is porcelain, the tone and surface of the glaze have somehow the same properties as the fine cracks of the glaze that Meiji Satsuma has.
