Each block's mounting holes drilled and tapped extra-deep and include 5/8" long stainless steel mounting screws (one of the other guys charges just for short stainless mounting screws alone) - super secure mounting for best stability and security

The KGC 5/8" block is designed to fit any standard Floyd Rose cavity. There is no concern with any issue as far as fit or function - it
will not
impede your range or interfere with use of the tremolo/vibrato on most every Floyd setup. This block incorporates KGC's proprietary design that places the block's mounting holes in an offset position, thus leaving all the "meat" of the block on the side of the cavity opposite the springs - where there is lots more space. This allows for plenty of space on both sides of the block to allow for full range on your tremolo - with the most mass you can possibly get of any block on the market that still allows you to actually use the whammy for divebombing all the way to slack strings.
. FWIW - what the other guys are calling "big blocks" are usually only 3/8" thick! The 5/8" block is a perfect fit for 95% of cavities - some there is not enough space where the bridge goes through the body - please check this if you are getting the 5/8" Mega Mass! Again, most guitars its not an issue and the 5/8" block fits and allows for full dive bombing without an issue because the mounting holes are offset on the top of the block so all the extra "meat" is on the side where the cavity is wide open.  If it will fit through your cutout in the top of your body - it will work for you.  The 1/2" block for those who don't want the larger block and may want a little more space in the cavity or the 5/8" Mega Mass block won't fit.
