Good to Very Good condition.  Several nicks along the body, mainly on the top edge.  No handle.  Shutter appears to work well.  Face image has some evidence of aging (petina) and a very small area with damage (along and under the word "progress"), but the image is still nicely visible.
We did not attempt any form of cleaning as to preserve the current condition of the camera.  Any cleaning you as the buyer perform to the camera you do at your own risk, as you might change the appearance and/or condition of the camera.
