    Description

    This item is a large Japanese wireless cloisonne vase standing 12" inches high. This vase is decorated with a bird of paradise over a floral medallion surrounded with floral tendrils against a deep red colored ground. This vase is in good condition. The solid colored backside has a crack in the glass like enameling. None of the enamel is missing. I have included an image of this cracked area with this listing. The base is stamped with several concentric rings. It looks like there may have been a design in the center of these coencentric rings that has worn down over the years.
