The official Japanese release promotional poster for Metal Gear Solid (1998).
This poster design was used to represent and promote the game, and was displayed right before the game's launch.
These types of posters are usually hard to come by as these aren't sold as merchandise, but rather they are used on store surfaces for display only. So they're highly prized and perfect for collectors and fans.
The condition of this poster is good.
Again, these types of posters aren't merchandise, they’re meant to be displayed at a store during its release. A few imperfections are usually common as promotional material and posters are easily prone to minor wear when used for display by store owners. So the condition is based on how well it was maintained.
This particular one has a few flaws to it. Some stains and creases, though nothing too deep that affects the design significantly. But light damage can be reasonable considering it is a poster from over 20 years ago.
