Triceratops skull scale model 1/20

Step back with us in time... No, further back, 65 million years back to the time when giants ruled the earth. Meet Triceratops (Literally "3 horned face"): He may be a vegetarian, but you still might not want to mess with him, since he has three nasty horns, is 30 feet long, and weighs around 12 tons! They really made 'em big in those days!
Now you can own a scale model of Triceratops' skull, in a size that won't require an entire room or a millionaire's budget. In approximately 1/20 scale, this model is about 5.5" long and 4.25" wide at the widest part of the head shield. The hole in the head shield is authentic; many fossils have been found with such holes, implying that the beasts fought with each other a lot. Or maybe they were defending themselves against the giant carnivores of the day (See also: Tyrannosaurus skull)
Triceratops is the most commonly recovered dinosaur in the uppermost Cretaceous deposits of western North America, and its remains have been found throughout the region.
