Vintage 1964 FASHION QUEEN BARBIE-Almost COMPLETE
Includes Original: Doll, Gold striped Swimsuit & Turban, Wig Stand & 3 Wigs
Replacement: Earrings & White Closed-toe Heels
This is how this beautiful doll, outfit & accessories came to me. I've just added an additional brunette wig (the brunette pageboy wig has been trimmed in the back) and a pair of Vintage White Open-toe Heels marked Philippines. The Earrings she came with are actually straight pins with a black bead on the end and tiny pearls added--NO GREEN EAR AT ALL!
The DOLL herself is near-perfect! She is clean and her Facial Features & Make-up are original and excellent. She has very few tiny paint rubs on her head and, as I mentioned above, her blue band is missing. Her fingernail polish is about 60% and her toes have no polish left. She is marked

Her Gold Lame' & White-striped Turban are extra Excellent. The white is still pretty bright & the gold lame' is perfect & shiny with NO loose gold threads! There is one tiny "smudge" on the back of the swimsuit in the bum area on the right in the picture.
The original White Plastic Wig Stand is in very good condition. It has been repaired in the center but it's barely noticeable and extremely sturdy. It has a JAPAN sticker on one end. There is a yellow line running horizontally--I'm not sure if this is original or from age.
The original 3 wigs--Blonde Bubble Cut, Red Flip & Brunette Pageboy--are in very good condition. The only thing to mention is that the Pageboy wig has been trimmed in the back. I've added another Brunette flip/pageboy (?) wig just for fun!
I'm certain this Fashion Queen Barbie & her Accessories will display beautifully in your collection!
