Vintage Dinosaur Safari Carnegie Stegosaurus Very Rare M.1/V.5. GOLD - BROWN WASH.
Safari Ltd Carnegie Museum Allosaurus- original version- mold #1, version 5, color scheme 2 (w pupil added to eyes)  with gold-brown wash- text has Miami FL/Made in China but no CE, new vinyl material introduced c. 1990-91 Original paint version- later versions were two tone brown & yellow or orange.  Safari Ltd made made many color changes, retools or even new molds over the run of all their Dinosaur & prehistoric figures but always kept the original release date no matter what year it was made. Figure is complete & in excellent condition- see all pix (with & without flash ) for details. This figure is very rare & rates at least a 9 out of 10 rating on the Carnegie Dinosaur Mountain site.
