Vintage Japanese Cloisonne Champleve Floor Lamp Base,ELEPHANT,Brass/Bronze/Metal

I believe this is all brass/bronze but could have other metals. It is cast and crude inside as shown in the last picture. I'm not sure of the age but would guess 1950's-1970's. It appears that someone made the cover from vintage materials. There are slots on the top that I believe fit the lamp pole. There is some paint loss throughout as well as a lot of scratches on the base. It measures about 14.5" tall, 15" long at longest points. Base is just over 14" across. There is a hole drilled in the side of base for the cord. The weight is just under 23 pounds. I could only find a couple of complete lamps online and they were well over 00. Cool display piece as is.
